Quiet time

Here’s something worth pondering today.

“Studies have shown that people who practice spirituality are happier, healthier and better able to cope with the stressors in life. Become more involved in your place of worship, read spiritually-themed books or daily devotionals, or log on to a devotional Web site. Pray or meditate when you get up in the morning. Talk to others about your core beliefs and spend time with people who share your values.”

Whatever you are planning to do today whether to pay your bills which are nearing their due dates or stay at home to attend to numerous tasks including clean hard drive, maybe you can take time out of your busy schedule to have a quiet time. It will surely recharge you physically, emotionally and spiritually.
