Music stand

For someone interested in music or song writing, music stands from guitar center is a must. It will keep your lyric sheets in place and orderly. Music stand can hold even the heaviest music book, but it is lightweight and collapses conveniently for easy transport. You can bring it anywhere you want. Plus, this is a good gift idea this Christmas.

True friends see us through good and tough times. Aside from our family there are friends whom we can share our little and big accomplishments with. It’s the best feeling to know there are friends who really cares. I had a little chat with my friend this morning. She never ceases to motivate me to continue my goal to lose weight. She is the same person who encourage be to join the weight loss challenge for bloggers three months ago. If not for her encouragement, I would have a hard time losing weight on my own. Thank you my friend. I miss siting in that french bistro table with you while sipping our favorite milk tea. 🙂

My simple wish list for the family

This year has been a good year to me and my family, not so much on financial aspect, but health-wise. No one gets seriously ill except for the usual bout with the common cough and cold. Hubby and I were able to pay our bills although there are times we have to pay fines because of over due dates. Nevertheless, we were okay. I don’t normally make a long written Christmas wish list as doing one seems like a “childish” practice to me. My mental wish list is a simple prayer request which always include good health and safety for each one of us, our relatives and friends. I may have mentioned wishing for materials things like a camera, a pair of shoes, or a bag, but I’m not really working hard to get any of those for myself because my priority will always be the needs of my family. But it’s a big blessing if ever I’ll get to receive one of the items listed above. 🙂
